The All Party Parliamentary Group on Peak Oil and Gas will hold its first event on 24th July 2007 at 7.30pm (until 9pm) in The Grimmond Room, Portcullis House, London.

David Strahan, author of 'The Last Oil Shock' and board member of the Oil Depletion Analysis Centre, will present the reasons why there is fast growing concern that global oil production will reach its peak in the near future.  This will be followed by Q&A.

This event is open to all. It is a great opportunity to gain a valuable insight into an issue that is fast moving up agendas in all sectors, and will have an impact on all areas of society.
